Cole recently learned to work the mouse on the computer. We would sit together and play "Thomas and Friends", where I would help him with the mouse part and he was thrilled. One day left the computer on and ran upstairs and when I got back Cole was maneuvering the mouse like a pro and could play the games I had previously been helping him with. I know this might not seem like a big event, but I was so impressed with Cole and that a 2 1/2 year old is capable of maneuvering around a website -- I didn't learn how to do that until high school!

Isn't it amazing what kids can do??? Especially Cole! He is a brilliant little guy. I hope you write down how early he does everything. Since he's your first, you probably don't realize how impressive he is. Somebody must be teaching him well at home!
It never ceases to amaze me how technologically savvy kids are. K who is currently in 5th grade can type as fast as I did in college, they work on ibooks in class once a week, and for his projects...he does powerpoint presentations. It seems almost ridiculous:) Cole's off to a great start of what lies ahead for him in the techy world.

Oh I'm scared for the day that Bridger does that! He loves that Thomas site too, and I can only imagine him on the computer in the middle of the night if he figures it out. I guess it will only come in time!
Now there is a talent that will come in handy!
These kids are coming way too smart! It is amazing how quickly they learn and pick up on things. I feel like I'm always fighting Macy for computer time. Isn't that crazy? How was your Christmas? I LOVED your Christmas card. It was adorable. Just thinking about you guys. Hope you're doing well!
Jace loves Thomas the Train too! We'll have to check out that website. That is amazing that Cole learned how to use the mouse. I can't believe that Garrett is going to be 11 months. Crazy how fast they grow up. We miss you guys.
